Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Policy applies to the bga.asia website and to Business Growth Academy Ltd. (a participant of the Astana International Financial Centre, AIFC) and Business Growth Academy MBA LLC (Tashkent, Uzbekistan) — together, “BGA”, “we”.

2. What data we collect

We collect the data you provide yourself when submitting the enquiry form on the site: name, company name, phone or email, and the content of your message. We may also automatically receive technical information about your visit (device and browser type, approximate location by IP address, pages viewed) through cookies and similar technologies, including web-analytics and advertising tools (for example, LinkedIn Insight Tag, meta-pixels, Google Analytics) as and when we enable them.

3. How we use the data

We use the data to: respond to your enquiry and contact you using the details you provided; give you information about BGA programmes; measure site traffic and the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, including targeted advertising on social networks; and, with your separate consent, send you BGA news and offers.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process data on the basis of your consent (submitting the form, using the site) and BGA’s legitimate interest in developing its educational programmes, in accordance with the personal-data legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, AIFC regulations, and applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with technical service providers (hosting, CRM, email delivery, advertising and analytics platforms) that process it on our behalf and only to the extent needed to provide the service. Some of these services (for example, LinkedIn, Google) may process data outside Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

6. How long we keep data

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and no longer than is reasonably necessary for the purposes above or required by law.

7. Your rights

You may ask us what data we hold about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent to processing or to receiving communications. To do so, write to sales@bga.asia.

8. Cookies

The site may use cookies to function correctly, measure usage and show relevant advertising. You can restrict cookies in your browser settings; this may affect some site features.

9. Age restrictions

The site and BGA’s programmes are aimed at an adult audience (business owners and executives) and are not intended for anyone under 18.
